AM RECOURS acts in strict compliance with the decree n° 96-1112 on December 18th 1996 governing the activity of collections companies, with professional liability insurance policy subscription, specify bank account holding and a bank guarantee.
The provisions of the decree n° 96-1112 on December 18th 1996 are incorporated in the civil enforcement procedures code (articles R. 124-1 to R. 124-7).
